"I arrived a few minutes early. I waited for a short period of time. The eye exam was quick. I felt it was through in comparison. I saw that quite a few people said the service was awful and the staff was rude, how my experience was just the opposite. The staff was courteous & the service was fast. But I did witness a customer really being rude to the staff member. My only complaint is the lens machines in the back & front were not wiped off between customers. With COVID & eye diseases such as pink eye, I did not chance it & I wiped the chin, forehead and the area around the eyes with wipes I had myself. I did say something and I wiped the machines off again before I got up for the next person. I brought my own frames with me and my glasses came back with a few days. I love them !"
